We invoice you for the total amount in Dollar. At least 10 days before departure the full amount for the flight tickets and a 60% advance payment for the overland-program have to be received on our bank account; the rest payment has to be remitted to our bank account in Euro 5 days before arrival. Bookings within 10 days are due immediately for the Total amount. Failure following this condition results in charging interest – finally in no operation from our side + cancellation costs. You receive confirmation of payment with voucher.
